The roundtable will explore the future of organizations in the context of sustainability and digitization.

Luciano Floridi

Luciano Floridi is Professor and Founding Director of the Digital Ethics Center at Yale University and Professor of Sociology of Culture and Communication at the University of Bologna. Floridi is recognised globally as one of the most influential voices in contemporary philosophy. He is the founder of the philosophy of information and a leading interpreter of the digital revolution.

Marta Dassù

Marta Dassù, is the editor in chief of Aspenia and Senior Advisor European Affairs at The Aspen Institute, and was Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Monti and Letta governments. Currently, she holds the position of Vice-President at the Center for American Studies. She is also a member of the European Council for Foreign Relations and Strategic Counsel of the European Policy Centre and a member of the Steering Committee of the International Affairs Institute. Giovanni Soldini

Giovanni Soldini, born in 1966, is an ocean sailor and a pioneer in the development of innovative technology and trim for racing boats. He has over 30 years of experience in solo and crewed ocean racing. Always a passionate communicator of the sea’s culture, committed to its preservation on the front lines. He collect data in the ocean that will be useful to the scientific community as part of the UNESCO Decade of the Sea. In 2022 he converted Maserati Multi70 into the first full-electric racing boat.

Amalia & Elvina Ercoli Finzi

Amalia Ercoli Finzi is an Italian author and a professor at Politecnico di Milano. She is the first woman to graduate in aeronautical engineering in Italy. She is a consultant to NASA, ESA and ASI and is one of the Principal Investigators of the Rosetta mission. 

Elvina Finzi, who graduated with honors from the Politecnico di Milano and ENSTA in Paris, has achieved a PhD in Nuclear Engineering designing an innovative nuclear reactor for a future human base on Mars.

Stefano Boeri

Stefano Boeri is an architect and Professor of Urban Planning at Politecnico di Milano. He directs the Future City Lab at Tongji University in Shanghai. He is President of Fondazione Futuro delle Città and of the Scientific Committee of Forestami, an urban forestation project in the Milan metropolitan area. As President of Triennale Milano (since 2018), he is Commissioner of the 24th Inequalities International Exhibition, scheduled for 2025. Stefano Boeri is a prominent figure in the discourse on climate change in the field of international architecture. He is renowned for his research, visions, and master plans on the future of the urban condition worldwide. His contributions have encompassed the design of regeneration and development plans for metropolises and large cities.

How will AI reshape work profiles and spaces, setting a new way of participating, sharing, working together? How will generative AI interact with individual worker knowledge? And how will people remain central in an increasingly digital landscape? Manpower Italy is launching a co-creation project to design the organization of the future in a time marked by artificial intelligence. Together to draft a manifesto in 5 challenges, to understand the impacts of AI in the world of work, starting with the most valuable asset: People.
